Wakkanai Light House
The Wakkanai Light House is the symbol of Cape Noshappu. Measuring 42.7m tall, it is the second tallest light house in the country. The present light house is rebuilt and has been the location spot for a Japanese film called "Times of Joy and Sorrow".
