100th Year Memorial Tower / Northern Memorial Museum
This monument was built to commemorate the 100th year anniversary of Wakkanai's founding as a city. The first and second floors are the museum, and the top floor offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. It is also open until 9:00 PM between June and September, allowing for visitors to enjoy the night lights as well.
